In between our boat jobs, we are managing to get out of the marina and sail. This is giving us chance to learn about Escapade and practise our navigation and sail setting.
It has also been great for manoeuvring in and out of our berth at the marina…always a challenge!
Visitors
As the lockdown restrictions gradually eased, it gave us the opportunity to welcome friends and family aboard…keeping to social distance guidance obviously!
Over several weeks, we managed to introduce several landlubbers to our new home and some even braved a trip down the river.
Best of all about being on the water is that we are able to spend the night at anchor!
And DRINK????
Drink?? Us??? Of course not…we run a dry boat when sailing!!
